Counselling

A free and confidential listening and counselling service is available to anyone in need of help. We are here to offer the time and space for people to sit and talk through problems in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.

The specially adapted counselling suite provides a quiet haven for any who are worried or hurting. A team of skilled listeners is available, voluntarily, to meet with and provide a listening ear for anyone going through hard times. Trained counsellors can be called upon to help with the more severe crises of life, if required. They are available by appointment, free of charge. Appointments can be made simply by phoning (0161) 628 2426 during working hours, or by leaving details of name and phone number discreetly at any of the counters in the restaurant or resources lounge.
